Likewise, you attest that you have not misrepresented yourself, your company, organization or your purpose for viewing and using the websites of our company; or for ordering searches from such.

You understand that misrepresentation in this agreement can result in civil and criminal action against you and your organization, employees and affiliates. You, the Client, are hereby notified that data from Investigative Resources L.L.C. is developed using standard methods which include public records, as well as third-party information sources. Investigative Resources L.L.C.shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any type. We reserve the right to refuse any client or any specific request at any time and to cooperate with law enforcement officials when misuse of information is suspected.

You, the Client, assume all legal liability and by ordering from Investigative Resources L.L.C. consent to waive all claims against Investigative Resources L.L.C. resulting from any usage of our websites. You, the client, agree to hold Investigative Resources L.L.C., its officers, employees and vendors harmless, and to indemnify Investigative Resources L.L.C.from any and all claims that could result from your/clients request.

You, the Client, warrant that requested searches are legal and proper in his/her jurisdiction, as well as that of subjects jurisdiction, and comply with all applicable laws (local and state) and you, the Client, bear full legal costs in event of suit, and further will hold all information strictly confidential. All information obtained through Investigative Resources L.L.C. is to be used in the course of applicable FCRA approved purposes only.

Client/Viewer agrees that visitationand/or usage of/to any of Investigative Resources L.L.C. websites or placing of a search request is not for the purpose of entrapment, harassment, stalking or pursuit of Investigative Resources L.L.C., its employees, vendors, clients, affiliates nor officers.

American Unlisted Phone Numbers is not responsible for any misuse of information obtained from us.

If you order a search you are authorizing American Unlisted Phone Numbers to charge your credit card for the amount of the searches provided. Searches that do not provide results are still subject to the fees charged except where noted (most searches have a "No Hit No Fee" policy). American Unlisted Phone Numbers is still charged for accessing various databases even when no information is found so we must charge for most searches.

American Unlisted Phone Numbers cannot guarantee that the information on a subject is in the "system" and as a result occasionally the information requested can not be found.

American Unlisted Phone Numbers does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided from federal, state and county records and databases. Information varies from state to state. Drivers license information is not available in all states.
